No Halo 5 split screen co-op, disappointing. Playing the original Halo split screen with my little bro was what got me into Xbox gaming back when the original launched. I'd imagine there are still a lot of people who were planning on playing it that way. HOWEVER, he and I now live in different parts of the city and share an XBL account so we can share games. So we can still do online co-op and it will be just as good.

Gonna buy the MCC soon so I can play through it split screen with my 12 year old, though.

Is that a joke? A lot of halo players play with their friends or family Halo online without the need for a second player to have gold like it should. Like it always was with Halo.

Remember on the Xbox One, just one person needs to have 'Home Gold' and then anyone can play online on it. It's as if eveyone that logs into that console has their own 'Gold' account on it.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
