If you're talking about needing the Pub Games to get all the achievements, and Pub Games no longer being on XBLA, they patched it so that you now don't need the Pub Games rewards for the achievement!

I just remember my friend ranting about some achievement that was impossible to get, might've been a glitch or something. I'm not sure but either way I don't really find myself ever playing a Fable game again.
