Ya mcc is probably at 3.5 million including digital. It's been bundled like crazy and I think vg has it under tracked a bit. Ms basically said halo games had sold 4 million from the day it came out till like a month ago. So assuming all the other games did a combined .5 million that leaves mcc at 3.5. I'm guessing ~5 million lifetime

I think gears will do about a million this year and maybe 1.75 lifetime. First of all gears has never been as popular as halo, secondly this remake isn't as extensive as halos was. Mcc had halo 5 beta as well. And lastly I think judgement tarnished the brand severely. I'd put gears 4 at about 4.25-5 million lifetime. Meanwhile the other gears games are around 6.5.

A post from when were were on about this last month to add.

btw what do people think about a potential for a Limited Edition Fallout 4 console? Not really sure myself I think it would sell well but is it to close to Halo 5 release for another Limited Edition X1?

Its the 16th so it means new games on GwG,  Storm Warning for the X1 and Metro Last Light for the 360 are now up for download.

It would be cool, but I think there will be a standard edition Fallout 4 bundle instead, maybe white console. I suspect Halo 5, Fallout 4, and RotTR will all have standard bundles this Holiday season in addition to any limited bundles MS makes.

I hope those bundles will be an option this holiday. However, didn't MS announce all of their holiday bundles at Gamescom last year, and none afterwards? I feel like if they had any other bundles for this holiday, they would've been announced there.

What is the current vote tally on the poll? I'm having a hard time picking between these two games and would like to know where they currently stand.

5 - 3 in Kingdom Come's favor.

FIFA and Sunset Overdrive bundles were announced at Gamescom last year, but I think the AC Unity bundle was announced closer to the Holiday season. I'm sure there will be new bundles this year still, no way MS will go into a major Holiday season with nothing but a limited Halo 5 bundle which will sell out quickly, and standard bundles that feature months old games (Madden, Gears, FIFA, Halo:MCC). There will surely be new standard bundles at the very least, possibly another limited bundle as wellb (Fallout 4 or RotTR most likely).

I think so too. A Fallout 4 + RotTR bundle would be a killer bundle for this holiday, especially if it's $349.

Yeah, I think  a price drop is inbound as well. When you consider the fact that Sony just announced 3 SW Battlefront bundles today with no prices for them, it seems likely that a price drop for PS4 is inbound, and there's no way MS won't counter a PS4 price drop with another price drop of their own. If Sony drops to $350, MS will likely drop to $300. If Sony drops all the way to $300 (possible but unlikely imo), we could see XB1 for as low as $250 this Holiday season.

Good god, $250 Xbox One 2 years after launch? Definitely not out of question though. Microsoft showed last holiday they weren't afraid to drop the price to try and compete, and it worked great for sales. I doubt Sony would drop all the way to $300 though, especially with the game bundled. We'll see, Microsoft did great last holiday, and with Fallout 4, Halo 5, RotTR and other bundles, they're set up for a great holiday season no matter which way you slice it. It will be a bloodbath this holiday though.

Speaking of price, how much do you think the Xbox One costs now it's almost 2 years later? I think it was $471 at launch, and kinect was $75, so it was $396 then. How much lower could it be now?

Just finished the 1st mission of each Halo 1-4 because fuck logic.

Halo 4 still looks amazingly beautiful.

Halo 4 looked very nice. Looks like a 8th gen game to me.

I finally finished Halo 2's campaign on legendary difficulty. Its the hardest Halo campaign I've played so its great to finally finish it.
