Could be at SE's conference. |
You'd think if it was a big game it would have been at Sony's or MS' conference, especially if it was an exclusive.
My favorite part about the conference was...
...The Last Guardian! | 17 | 14.66%
...Horizon! | 20 | 17.24% | |
...Hitman! | 0 | 0% | |
...Final Fantasy VII Remake! | 50 | 43.10%
...Call of Duty: Black Ops III! | 1 | 0.86%
...Firewatch! | 0 | 0% | |
...Dreams! | 1 | 0.86% | |
...Shenmue III!!! | 15 | 12.93%
...Star Wars: Battlefrond! | 2 | 1.72%
...Uncharted 4! | 10 | 8.62%
Total: | 116 |

If the rumors are to believed, TLG was set for then, so it got delayed, again!!! |
Not surprising. If Tachikoma delivers on that "long thread" about TLG i expect it to be about the challenges of getting the animal to not break the game every 10 seconds. Surely the hardest thing to program in this game.
This day has been surreal for me. Sony's E3 was epic, unreal, full of surprises. It was out of proportions. 10/10 An E3 like this will never be replicated ever again.
I was jumping like little kid, when they announced FF VII Remake. Jezus holy fck...

Not until Valve's E3 conference where they announce Half-Life 3, Team Fortress 3, and Portal 3, in a row.
So, the positives are obvious, so I'm going to focus on the negatives. Not because I'm a downer, but because there were so many, obvious, positives.
1. No word on the Level-5 PS4 game that was supposed to be announced at E3.
2. No word of Persona 5 which was supposed to get new information at E3. It's possible more will be revealed later.
3. Despite it having a Ragnarok-inducing first half, the second half of the presentation was kind of slow.
4. Uncharted 4 broke. Again.
5. No secret "one last thing" at the end. That said, I was expecting it to be TLG or Horizon, so whatever.
6. No announcement of any backwards compatibility. That said, with the announcement of 360 backwards compatibility, I expect for PS Classics to at least be available by the Paris convention.
7. Not too many true exclusives. Just a lot of timed exclusives, console exclusives, and exclusive content.
But still, those are just the negatives. My brain was hemorrhaging pure hype for a large portion of the show. Possibly the greatest E3 presentation ever.
So everyone gets their dreams come true with the last guardian, final fantasy XII and shenmue 3 (all games in not looking foward but glad people excited for them will finally play them) but I can't get my crash team racing HD remake with online multiplayer dream come true? I guess we will never see anything crash bandicot related but I'll never stop dreaming. Eitherway the conference was great i'm looking foward to getting my ps4.
Edit: is final fantasy VII not XII
