Vegeta is my favorite character, so I say him. But hes only a villian for some of the series. Majin Buu is the best permanent villan. He has so many great forms and he brought depth to the series with his different personalities. The Buu series is my favorite.

Buu isnt a permanent villain..

Uub, and Fat buu are kid buu and majin buu therefore he turns good later on.
