That All Blacks game was a bit dull, there's no doubting how good New Zealand are but out of the elite teams (all blacks, England, Wales, Ireland, Australia, South Africa) New Zealand have had by far the easiest pool, and tbh even though they've won their games they haven't looked a complete team, a lot of mistakes and sloppy play.


Before Japan beat SA everyone was saying pool b was the easiest. But I agree the All Blacks have to step it up

NZ performance was pretty poor last night

Ireland's first true test tomorrow, but we are coming along nicely. No injuries to worry about, max points, lineouts & scrums working perfectly.

HUGEEEEEE match tonight for England. TBH I would love to see them do it, but I think the pressure will be a bit too much.

I think you guys will desteoy Italy tomorrow, Ireland are on a different level to them. Looking forward to watching it though.

Japan need to Bonus Point both games(very possible) to have a chance as well

If South Africa lose to Scotland without any bonus points then Japan could get by without them as well. If South Africa win though even getting bonuses in both games might not be enough.

Oh yeah, I agree totally. I was just going with the assumption of SA losing to Scotland. I imagine that they will still pick up a BP and win their last game against USA with the extra BP.

So that would leave SA with 13 points while Japan are currently on 4.

Assuming Japan win today without the BP and beat USA with the BP, then they'll be even on points. And I think it goes to team with most tries if tied on points? Think that will be SA. 

So assuming that Scotland can beat SA, Japan need the BPs

Ahh ok, so that leaves them a bit of wiggle room. Destiny in their hands if Scotland win, even if SA get two BP again.

Japan seem a little foolish going for kicks instead of BP

A good win for Japan in the end. But they were a little unambitious not going for the BP. Hope that Scotland can beat SA now :D
