A new 3D Mario would make me cry.

In a good way, I'm hoping. Else we'll have some problems

Super Mario Dimensions !!!

Yeah, something in the same vein as SMG would be awesome. A Christmas release to fill the gap left by Zelda U would be even better.

Fingers crossed!

You're getting Mario Maker and you're gonna like it.

Nintendo GIF?

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

I was looking for something bigger than Galaxy. And somehow, Universe didn't seem to differentiate itself enough from Galaxy. Being the DC Comics fan that I am, I instantly thought about the Multiverse, so Dimensions it was!

But yeah, it's a game in the vein of Super Mario Galaxy that I'd wish them to make next. As much as I love the straight forward approach of Super Mario 3D World, there's just something uniquely wonderful about the freedom to explore crazy levels with Mario's entire moves set.

Heh, that makes sense

The only thing which I'd like to see over Galaxy would be a proper hub world. Something in the same vein as Delfino Plaza or of a similar ilk, because the Comet Observatory seemed a little weak overall (it was enjoyable and the music awesome) but a more meaty area wouldn't go amiss.

Oh, and please don't lock off any levels with Amiibo, either.

Personally, I would like Nintendo to show the rest of the world how open world should be done. Imagine an open world Mario game where every part of it is a platforming challenge of sort. Very tightly designed without any part feeling empty, useless or like simple fillers. I know Nintendo could do it. Basically, different parts of the open world would be of a certain theme, a certain difficulty, with different enemies, and you would unlock pipes and other such shortcuts over time... All of this without any "now loading level" screen.

Think of it as the ultimate traversal platforming game.

But that's just a wet dream of mine.

That would be...pretty damn awesome actually. Unfortunately it's doubtful it will ever happen though

But with the extra power of the Wii U you never know.
