"Announced for PS4, PS3 and PC" seems to become the catchphrase for most devs nowadays.

Bad thing is, it's also a multiconsole port being held back by last gen consoles.  I'd rather have it be PS4, Xbox One, and PC.  Atleast then it won't look like a crappy upscaled PS3 game and we get something that is reasonably good looking in the graphics department .

To be fair I haven't actually played it, just heard plenty of bad things about it.

Things such as no naval battles, duels just being a cutscene, and I think it even had a real time battle system which is just... ewww!

Real time battles don't sound bad.  That's what all the recent Nobunaga games and RotTK9 has.  RotT9 could use a bit of work, but a good game.  As for no naval battles, not much of a loss considering how often you had the oppourtunity in games that included the feature.  7, 8, and 10 though.  Officer mode slowed the pacing way down.  Any advancements to the games they made are null with that in effect imo.

I think 8 and 9 were great. 7 was ok. X was boring. Lastly XII... just bad.

XII battle system was kind of like 8, but real time and a lot easier. The city system was also quite simple.

I am really hoping they learned from XII as I heard even in Japan it wasnt recieved that well.
