As for no naval battles, not much of a loss considering how often you had the oppourtunity in games that included the feature. 7, 8, and 10 though. Officer mode slowed the pacing way down. Any advancements to the games they made are null with that in effect imo. |
I think 8 and 9 were great. 7 was ok. X was boring. Lastly XII... just bad.
XII battle system was kind of like 8, but real time and a lot easier. The city system was also quite simple.
I am really hoping they learned from XII as I heard even in Japan it wasnt recieved that well.
