Wait, gamespot and ign counts more to the final score?

Yup, bigger sites count more to the final total.

If he had time machine he would have certainly reviewed them.

You don't need a time machine to know more content is coming.

And ? I think Driveclub had the same critics about content even with future updates ^^.

Ok, this is definitely disappointing.
"The lack of content at launch" argument is so annoying.

Not really. It's very valid. I'm honestly very disappointed that Nintendo are now following what we were proud of them not doing before. I'm even more disappointed in the fans who still defend this stuff :/

"The most original and enjoyable online shooter of the generation, but the lack of content at launch means it may be months before it reaches its true potential."

This is the kind of things that the worst scores are telling about the game. Do they realize that the score is gonna be forever bad but the game nop?

So what do you expect them to do?

Not sure. But "The most original and enjoyable online shooter of the generation" has a 7...

It doesn´t sounds logical at all

So gamespot and ign are Waiting until after launch. Score can take a huge shift when they release, since they count as the most percent on metacritc.

Yep, Metacritic is a weighted average (though a fairly subtle one). They add slightly extra value to sites based on their popularity. If IGN and Gamespot are going to be added late though, it's not likely they'll produce a 'huge shift'. The bonus weightings are overall fairly small (at least from what I've been able to tell through averages), and they'll both likely end up giving scores relatively close to the average. At most they might push it 1 point up or down, depending how close to the line the present score was and how many reviews were already in.

So they treat the game on the same way they would treat it if all that stuff was coming next year for 30$

The thing is, it is coming soon, and for free. It´s quite different.

Show some goodwill and hand out a 90 because Nintendo is awesome.

without Mario in the game? don't be silly

That's exactly what I mean.

Having fun playing a game seems secondary to reviewers...

It's what Nintendo gets for releasing the game incomplete, happens to every publisher.

It´s 81 with 26 reviews now.
