Finished the main story of Super Mystery Dungeon and besides a few gripes I had with the story overall, it was fun and helped wash the bad taste that Gates to Infinity left in my mouth

My eshop card finally came in the mail, now its a hard decision to start playing fatal frame now, or wait until I'm done with X.

Why not both? :p

Can someone help me with the last boss of Super Mystery Dungeon? It has defeated me multiple times and took away all my gear. I have to grind to get weapons anyway, so how is the best way to beat it with a landsketch, a protector, a medic and a runemaster?

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Still no news regarding Pokémon Picross passwords. I am refering to the puzzles that are locked by passwords.

I've played the game for four weeks now and didn't spend any money. I've made a stat sheet for my weekly progress that keeps track of unlocked regions, completed regions, number of Pokémon and medals. Since the quick week 1 that allowed me to "catch" 30 Pokémon, I average one per day. Five regions in week 1, one new per week since then. Of course, most days since then have consisted of nothing more than doing the daily practice to earn Picroit (11 per day since yesterday). I expect the current averages to continue for a good while. It takes roughly ten days to unlock a new region.

Just some thoughts to inform people about this free-to-start game.

EDIT: Passwords are on Gamefaqs: http://www.gamefaqs.com/3ds/183130-pokemon-picross/cheats

I'm still playing this game, and though I'm interested in this game (way more than compared to Pokemon Shuffle/Rumble (?) ) I haven't spent any money on it either.

Each region unlock costs 10 more picrites than the previous so it will soon take me 2 weeks to get to the next level as I only get 8 per daily challenge (Lvl 10 still :/ )

I find it odd that there are so few password pokemons but oh well :p

Infinite Picroit/Picrite: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/183130-pokemon-picross/73081592

I'll have to try this. Seems foolproof once you get the hang of it, because you can even circumvent the lockout for cheating the clock, if you mess up. They only figured out this whole trick a few days ago.

By the way, if you finish the daily practice within the time limit of two minutes, you'll get an extra 2 picrite.

Nice, I might try this out if I'm bored or something, thanks for the heads up

Tested the infinite daily practice trick on Pokémon Picross. It works.

1. Wait until midnight; inside or outside the game doesn't matter (or set your 3DS to a wrong time in advance if actual midnight isn't doable with your schedule; messing with the clock will probably result in getting locked out for the day though; the game penalizes big adjustments to the clock with a 24 hour long lockout; so basically, if you do it this way, be prepared to wait for a full day before you can cheat the game for real).

2. Once it's midnight, daily practice will become available. Play it to get in-game currency. Supposedly you can exit practice if you expect to fail the time limit and restart it; the layout of the puzzles doesn't change, so a good memory can make up for a deficiency in logical thinking and/or lacking speed when it comes to pushing buttons.

3. After the daily practice, exit the game. Go to the 3DS system settings and turn back the clock to 0:00.

There's a catch here: If at this point you have to go back more than 9 minutes to arrive at 0:00, you have to do it in intervalls. The game penalizes you if you go over the limit of 9 minutes, so if the system clock is already at 0:15 once you get to the settings, you'll have to turn back 9 minutes, boot up the game and touch the title screen to make the game save on the map, exit the game, go to system settings, turn back the remaining minutes, then start the game to finally access daily practice again. Should the lockout screen appear, you can circumvent it by pressing the home button and exiting the game; as long as you don't confirm the lockout message, you aren't locked out for the next 24 hours.

If you manage to beat the daily practice within three tries, you can ignore the above paragraph. Most of the time I can beat the level 10 practice conveniently under 1:40 (time limit is 2:00), so by the time I get to the system settings, the 3DS clock is at 0:02 or 0:03.

4. If you boot up the game after you've changed the 3DS clock, the daily practice should be available again.

If you are flawless on the daily practice, you can perform the entire process about 20 times in an hour which normally accounts for three weeks of doing the daily grind. Tiresome, but it speeds up the game tremendously. Also, remember that unlocking regions increases the bonus you'll get for completing the daily practice. For every fifth region you unlock (order does not matter), the bonus increases by 1 picrite.

Nice detailed list, so if you change the time by large increments, you will be locked out, meaning that you can't play the game at all for 24 hours?

By the changing the time, you basically are advancing each day for each play right?

Um are you talking about Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon cause there are no weapons or classes, and the final boss isn't too difficult.

Ok, I am sorta in a pickle right now, and I'm wondering if someone could help me.

So basically, I am trying to play Pokemon with my friend (we're using X/Y) but when we try to battle online, it says we can't battle.

We both double checked our teams, and after swapping around, it turns out that my friend's Zoroark was the culprit. We checked the Zoroark, and for the most part, everything is normal, including moves, stats, hold item, etc. The two suspicious things are that the Zoroark is shiny, and it's a Cherish Ball. My friend swears that it was caught in-game in ORAS as a shiny Zorua. The only thing I could think of is the Cherish Ball, which apparently, my friend hacked some in, and used it to catch the Zorua.

Can anyone confirm if hacked Cherish Balls don't work online?

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

It won´t work because cherish balls are meant to capture event pokemons and the fact that a zoroak is in it means it was hacked and the game can detect that
