Was there ever a Direct that was over an hour?

I assumed it would be the normal duration of about 40mins..
though I guess they did say they wanted to change the Directs so I guess it could go over?

keep in mind that since we've learned about Pikmin 4 there was probably planned to be a Direct in September so this Direct should have the content of two of them...

Just on Wii U content, we could get a direct around half an hour long. About 6 exclusive games releasing between now and April/May. DLC for Smash and some other game (Yoshi? Mario Maker?), free updates for Splatoon (octolings?), Mario Maker, maybe a system update with an odd feature. Indie games, Amiibo, one game announcement (ok, that's setting the bar too high)... and this isn't counting 3DS!

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
