Ok did I Miss something I haven't been able to find Smash bros series Link amiibo for months at a reasonable price..this is really annoying me now especially because they locked Epona behind that damn amiibo.I just don't feel right playing and beating this game without her

Perhaps if you stopped supporting amiibo they'd stop locking content behind them. :L
But more seriously, I'm assuming they stopped making Smash Link since it was uber common and has been out for nearly 3 years, thus the price jumped, so you're never gonna find it for a reasonable price at this point.

They barely make enough stock on the new amiibo, why would they waste resources on a 3 year old one... no Im not salty that I dont have my 30th anniversary Zelda amiibo

Are you looking for an especific one? anyone? or all of them?
Last saturday i got my ocarina of time 30th anniversary on playasia, for U$19,99. I guessed it some stores could receive new shipments because of the release of the Majora, Skyward and Twilight versions, and i got luck. The Ocarina version was sold out in a few hours, but i just looked and they still have the wind waker and 8 bit version for sale, but at 19,99.

Nah I need the new 3. They all sold out in Aus like Day 1. Went to buy them day after release, none in my city and none online -_-

Well on the brightside, you can buy more games now. Put the money you woulda spent on that overpriced dlc towards Mario Rabbids or something!

@bolded I only own the Luigi Smash Bros Amiibo just to have on my desk at work. This is actually my first time really looking to buy an amiibo for game purposes. Like wtf why would u lock Epona behind a figurine thats almost impossible to find -_-? Why are they not available on the eshop as an option for those who don't want or have amiibos?

To force people to buy overpriced dlc, duh! You really don't need Epona at all though so I wouldn't worry about it.
