I have been playing Hardlines single player.... enemies are stupid. The "rock" and "bullet" you can throw are way too over powered. Enemies follow them like they are dogs.

Then they also will just stand around looking at you and not even react (the first guy in the video). Also, they can be grouped with like 5-10 people in one small area and you flash your badge and they just give up... If they just say "hey guys help", the other guys would just destroy you. Then even if you are shooting them close to each other with a silencer on, they just react like they have zero clue that someone is killing their friends.

If someone next to me just hit the floor, I would be on instant guard. Example of these items below:

Halo: Combat Evolved from 2001 has better AI than most modern games. That's how little we've progressed in that department.
