LOL. Why would Sony going out of the HW business hinge on whether they allow streaming of their older gen titles to PC? How does it affect their PS4 and future consoles? If anything I'd expect you to make that point about mobiles considering they pose a bigger(but overal still tiny) threat than pcs have ever done. PC itself is a declining industry.
PS Now will definitely come to PC and the people who are into emulation will have a fully working emulator.
