Forums - Gaming - BF hardline sold 1.4 million first day.

How are these sales.

Very good! 6 40.00%

Awful for a battlefield game! 9 60.00%

Total:15

Not bad, if it weren't for 4 (well 5 if you include PC) different platorms. May do 2 million first week, and maybe able to make it to 3 million by the end of April (thanks to price cut). Not that good for a BF game, even if its a spinoff. In fact it is actually pretty awful, and I guarantee the next BF game will still sell pretty bad becuase of this game. Anyway I'll probably pick this up when its 20$ in Canada, until that I have no interest in the game.

Edit: This is from vgchartz, and compare this to Battlefield 3, which has sold nearly 18 million, and Battlefield 4 which has sold over 10 million. This probably won't even do 5 million.

Check the vgchartz charts for March 21st. Your welcome.

I don't think those are bad numbers at all, for a spin-off spring season launch.
Of course, VGC software charts are not very reliable.

Very awful for a battlefield game but at the same time, all the doom and gloom that the game had made me expect worse than it did.

Number's ain't bad, single player was very fun for me.

Ouh, but that is not official.

I thinking thought it was confirmed. xD

How much did previous games sell in day one?

Anyway, I think the expectation was for it to lessor, its not battlefield 5
