Idea Factory and Felistella have entered a capital tie-up agreement, whereby Idea Factory will own a portion of Felistella’s corporate stock. 

In the past, Idea Factory and Felistella co-developed the Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth series together. From here on, the two companies will make use of each others’ game development know-how to expand development of consumer RPGs and the like, including the creation of new IP.

But the first step is recruitment. The two companies have opened a recruitment page for Idea Factory’s Tokyo and Felistella’s Gifu locations.

This tie-up is essentially the same sort of alliance that Nintendo and DeNA formed. The difference here is that Idea Factory is the only company making any atual investment, rather than both sides participating.
