I swear the PS2 launch was the bomb. I picked up SSX & Smugglers Run at launch and had a blast for like 3 months straight........

Dreamcast US/European launch spoiled me rotten. The launch lineup alone was a good 6-12 months of solid gaming. Every console should be like this! :p

It does seem however the better the overall launch, the more sluggish the sales. I mean Vita had a really solid launch too.

Its the subsequent software drought that is the biggest issue for most systems in the first year.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

We should complain as much and as long as it takes them to change that crap. Seriously I have never ever had a console collect dust as long and as fast as my PS4 (returned the XBO because I dont need two bricks at home at once)
