Just type Iwata or Reggie compete Xbox, Playstation on Google or Bing. You'll find bunch of articles where they reiterate how they're not in the same market as Xbox and PlayStation. I mean, just by their business decisions you could tell that.

Once again, I am very aware of how Nintendo insists they're not trying to compete against Microsoft or Sony, but the absolute fact of the matter is that they are 100% competing consoles.
