There are actually quite a few Microsoft-owned games available for DS.

First, I said "seen as a competitor", which Microsoft 100% does.

Second, you can say something all you want but that doesn't make it true.

Just type Iwata or Reggie compete Xbox, Playstation on Google or Bing. You'll find bunch of articles where they reiterate how they're not in the same market as Xbox and PlayStation. I mean, just by their business decisions you could tell that.
