Nice little breakdown

So basically we shouldn't expect much new for Wii U since they will want to save big reveals for E3.

Splatoon blowout (releases in May)

Yoshi's Woolly World trailer (rumored for June)

Mario Kart 8 DLC Pack 2

Smash Bros Mewtwo DLC

eShop/Virtual Console stuff

Perhaps something on Xenoblade Chronicles X or Devil's Third depending on when they end up releasing

What we should expect is some new 3DS announcements since we literally know of not a single Nintendo-published title for the second half of the year (Fire Emblem If is Summer in Japan but no word on the West).

One thing I would love to see is the smaller New 3DS to release alongside Xenoblade Chronicles 3D on the 10th.

Puzzles & Dragons Z+Super Mario Bros. Edition trailer

Fire Emblem If trailer and launch window

A couple localizations (possibly Final Fantasy Explorers, Youkai Watch, Bravely Second, etc.)

eShop/Virtual Console stuff

A couple new game announcements

Something like that seems realistic and would be a pretty decent Direct especially with E3 right around the corner.

Yes, exactly. Bolded are what I think are particularly likely compared to the rest.

I don't expect to see Xenoblade X. NOA will hold that for E3. Japan has no reason to show it since their third half-hour-long info video is imminent. Also, sorayasaga didn't retweet the direct announcement.

It's far too late now for NOA to announce any hardware coming with Xenoblade 3D, be it the small New 3DS or a limited edition Xenoblade N3DSXL.

Fire Emblem will get a trailer & date in Japan, but probably not in the West. Maybe we'll get a trailer but no date. We'll get the game at least a few months later, so everything will probably be on a delay.

Smaller New 3DS is mostly wishful thinking on my part, I want it sooooo bad lol

I didn't mean a date for Fire Emblem in the west, just a window, basically confirmation for 2015.

Overall, I'm not expecting anything too crazy for this Direct since E3 is 2 months away, just some updates on previously announced games, some eShop/VC stuff and a few minor surprises.

Is the nintendo direct in 7 hours? that's 6 am in here ffs.

Less than two hours!

Is there a YouTube link for North America? I didn't see one in the OP.

I didn't expect that you love New 3ds!:P

You will have to wait,it might release on holidays!I think that they didn't release it along with New 3dsxl on purpose, they hold it back for a second hardware sales huge boost in my opinion and a release on holidays is perfect for that!Of course, you disagree with me!lol

Less than 2 hours.

thank you.

won't watch it live, but according to some other threads here we will most likely see mh4u in 1080p60 and zelda majora's mask in beautiful 4k hopefully 60fps, but even 4k30 would be nice :p

Kappa or for today GreyFace

but I let them surprise me when I wake up tommorow :p

Just because I don't a super optimistic view on 3DS sales doesn't mean I don't love the system lol 3DS is by far my favorite handheld ever released, possibly my favorite when adding home consoles in the mix as well.

I really hope they eventually bring it over, I've been holding off on getting the XL hoping they would announce it, but with Xenoblade 3D coming this month I may have to cave in and get the XL.
