Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate - Voice chat, chat during hunts, easy friend requests, stable too. Really felt like a real online game.

Hmm, I`d say Animal Crossing on the 3DS, MK7 and 8, Smash Bros Wii U, and... guess that`s about it for now. AC actually makes for a good way to talk to people, and the other games have good, enjoyable MP : )
