Persona 5 is a shoe in to be the most critically acclaimed RPG release this year. After the hype that was P4, there will be a lot of eyes on that game. Persona 4/Golden became the highest rated JRPG in like the last 5 years last time I checked.

If GG's rumored RPG releases too it'll be a exceptional year! I'm already enjoying BloodBorne & I plan on trying Persona 5 without having played any of the previous entries.

Well, even since the PS1 era, Sony has been successful in said genre. Even when Square Enix decided to go multiplat early on, along with Tales in the form of Zestritia, games like Folklore were a good reason of the success that PlayStation has had historically.

For me? BloodBorne was to be a hit. Persona 5 will transcend 4 in many ways how I see it. The X/X-2 remaster is coming, along with the VII 'remaster. In addition, there is Witcher to get excited for as well. In addition, we should hear more from Guerilla Games about 'Horizon'. All in all, I think the PS4 does have a bevy of great RPG titles that will come out this year.

The lack of Xenoblade disturbs me greatly.

And again, ports arent anything worthwhile to me.

I'm surprised that Tales of Zestiria refuses to have a PS4 version. But since I'll be playing it on PS3 I'm not complaining. I just hope KH3D arrives this year on the console

you are right. this year is sooo big. bloodborne is great and persona 5, oh my god... cant wait !!! ^^

you think, namco bandai produced ToZ for ps4 too ?

I think not so, because the tales of-team say at the time ... "new tales for ps4". well, lets see : )

I hope, "Level 5" announce at E3 "Ni No Kuni 2". Did you play Ni No Kuni on ps3? Certainly interesting for you as a JRPG player or Tales of-fan.
