Capcom is not that relevant these days, at least not like 10 years ago.

I'd buy the console anyways.

Nintendo buying Capcom would have no real impact on my purchasing decision.

If Nintendo did this, maybe the Monster Hunter devs would finally get the funding they deserve plus full HD console releases. Given their other IPs it makes sense. And they could sell any IP they don't want off but arrange it so that for the foreseeable future, they will get entries in that IP on their platform.

It's about the IP more than the company.  A lot of their IP have more potential than gets used because Capcom is run by morons.

A DMC/Bayonetta crossover would slay the fucking shit out of me.

I buy Nintendo consoles regardless of Capcom releasing games on them, mainly because I only buy first-party games.

I'm considering buying a PS4 for SF5. I can be bought.

At least this way Nintendo could have quality control over Capcom's titles. They really let some of their shit go to waste these days.

My god. Dont scare me like that. When I first read the title I almost thought this was the big news Nintendo is suposed to anounce. Not that Capcom is a big deal these days.

There's franchises of Capcom I like, but none that I must play. So I don't think I would be swayed in my console choice by this.

No, I don't give a rats ass about Capcom's franchises ...

The last one (also the first) that I cared was DMC but not anymore ...
