It was crap and I cant see how it was worth the time effort and money spent on it.

Now that people are not wasting bandwidth downloading rubbish for PS home, maybe proper game downloads from PSN will get a little faster.

I hope all the other resources go into bringing us more system updates of the things we really want on PS3/PS4/vita.

I played it a little at first. Had a good time with some of the time wasting mini games and dancing in the main square. I remember watching a CGI Resident Evil movie in the theater with other virtual people and even bought a few items to make my avatar look better. Then it suddenly felt lame that I was living a fake life with fake people and I logged off after a couple of weeks.

I kept wanting to go back and see if it improved. a few years ago, I did and it wasn't very busy. Had a couple of new games but nothing too impressive. I may have clocked in 30 minutes that day. After hearing it was going to be shut down, I tried hard to give a fuck but.....I don't. I MIGHT try to log in on the last day just to be able to say I did it but I probably wont.

I think they should try to drastically improve it and bring it back for the PS4, but I can't really think of what they should improve because the last time I played PS Home was probably 2011, maybe 2012 at latest but that's stretching it, so I don't know how much it changed over those years.

A lot of the rooms based on Sony games or IPs such as Sully's Bar, Motorstorm, Locoroco, etc were all really cool and being able to play certain games or do certain things to unlock new clothes and items was really cool as well. Going to places like the main plaza or bowling alley and just goofing around and dancing was fun as well.

I mean, they must have been making money on it to be keeping it running all that time, right?

No it shouldn't.
