Hypothetically, If through some wierd event in which Mario or Zelda crossed to PS3 or Xbox360 would you cross over to the other platform?

Well, you had to define your question a little better... It depends... If the game is only licensed by Nintendo, then I'd definitely not cross over. If it is made by Nintendo, but a single exception, I probably wouldn't either. If Nintendo were to release all upcoming games for another platform, I'd definitely buy this platform.

On another note, I think this is what Sega screwed up. If they had stayed exclusive to one console, their fanbase would have stuck, their games had sold better and they had way less financial trouble.

Add the Motion Controls and that would be the end of the Wii. The motion controls, Mario, and Zelda are driving Wii sales.

If it went to PS3, probably not, I would just get a 360. If they went to 360, then put it on my tab!

It would be a sad day, because the only reason if they ever went on to the ps3 or xbox, its because nintendo quit the hardware business, and i would never buy a console again

hmmm... a tough question. If I had a Wii already, no. If I didn't, then I would, but I'd wait for the price to go down (and a BC model to become available)
