Zelda Majora's Mask did much better on Amazon ( one time it was #1 with only a SKU); but it have sold around 350,000 first week in US...
Let me said that BloodBorne will sell 250,000/300,000.

I think you're right but that could mean 700k FW globally. That would be awesome!

Don't be fooled into thinking Amazon software sales have a close association with actual sales. You can certainly conclude that a top 5 pre-order position for several days will mean decent sales over all for week 1. But I don't think you can say that reaching #1 on Amazon guarantees more sales than a game that peaked at 4 or 5.
Also the CE stormed back up the charts as soon as it became available again, so with 2 high performing skus it's hard to compare to MM3D with it only having 1 sku. I think Bloodborne will get similar sales to MM3D but Amazon is terrible for having any confidence about whether it will be higher or lower. I hope higher, not because I want it to sell better than MM3D, which long term is almost certainly won't, but because I want the game to sell very well and be the start of an exciting new franchise for PS4.
It's amazing to think that a game which was never originally contemplated to release outside of Japan has lead us all the way here to Bloodborne. Sony's thinking was so narrow with Demon's Souls that it even gave over the publication in the west to 3rd party publishers. Crazy man!

I'm so, so glad that japanese games are becoming increasingly popular in the west. I certainly didn't expect to see FF Type-0 HD, Bloodborne and MP10 all ahead of Battlefield on its launch day. This is a really good sign for the industry, in my opinion. Japanese games deserve much more recognition.
Also, finally the MCC XBO bundle decides to break the top 100.

Don't get too excited. Battlefield had the hype taken out of its sails as early as the first beta :P
WOW, Wii U was #53 monthly, and now is at #51, even if is dropped at 60/70 # in hourly... that is coll!!!
