The fact that there is two versions of bloodborne reaching tha top 20 makes me believe that Bloodborne will have a really good launch in USA.

In japan the game look pretty good too!

What do you think, BloodBorne will sell better in Japan or in the US?

According to COMG BloodBorne will probabily sell 150,000 to 200,000 FW in Japan.

I think it will be bigger in USA.I know that is anedoctal but i see a lot people buying or planing to buy a PS4 for bloodborne(even people who don't want consoles like PC elitists).Plus, the install base is pretty big already and the attatch rate on PS4 is really good so..i don't want to make predictions but i think Bloodborne will break some people's expectations.

Let's say that BloodBorne FW will be bigger in Japan, but lifetime, and probabily even first year, in the US...

I see:

JP: 175,000

US: 150,000

EU: 150,000

Globally: 550,000

Did you just make those numbers up or is there any reasoning behind them?

Cause looking at the previous DS games' sales in different regions it shows that sales are roughly broken up as:

US: ~42%

EU: ~28

JP: ~20%

RoW: ~10%

so keeping those ratios in mind and if they hold true for bloodborne, and it sells 150k in Japan,

It means it would sell around 390k in US, around 280k in EU, around 75k in rest of the world, for a total of 750k.

But considering the slower rate at which Japan is adopting next gen consoles compared to US and EU, I think west will have in even higher ratio for Bloodborne compared to Dark Souls games.
