Both Bloodbornes in the 20's. It's quite telling that both versions are so close to eachother. Also final fantasy #8 hopefully it keeps climbing

Xbox One sku of FF type 0 is at still only at 218. For consoles so similar it's weird how a game can flop on one platform and be a big hit on another. Imagine if it never broke into the top 100.  But surely it will pick up closer to release ...right?

Yeah i know, but its not like 1st person shooters flop on playstation. I'm just surprised the difference is THAT big, ones a hit the others a bomb (at least on amazon).

Microsoft has kinda done this to themselves as far as certain genres just failing on their system. They over-specialized their focus in terms of marketing. Sony just has a more diverse image, thus attracting a wider range of players. Doesn't help MS that the Xbox spent a good year almost in damage control mode trying recover from E3 2013.

I think we all underestimated FF Type-0. I think a lot of FF fans might be upgrading knowing that FFV is not too far off and Type-0 is wetting their appetite. Curious to see how this does in Japan, it had already been released there, for the U.S. this is our 1st go at it.



End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
