Here is the confused part. Wii U or gaming PC. Consoles are expensive here so I am in dilemma. If I get Wii U then I will get Wii U related games. If not then a gtx 970 with a decent rig.

Are there any PC exclusives you want? If not, I think you're covered with your PS4 for a while. If there are exclusives or games you find would play much better on PC (because of mods for example) then compare them to the Wii U exclusives you're interested in. Also add up the costs of Wii U + Wii U games you are interested in and PC releases you are interested in + cost of your PC. Consider whether or not you will use your PC for other purposes that you can't do now (efficiently) with whichever computer you have. 

My PC is almost dead. Plus the PC games I play are very old (out of nostalgia) and they are mainly RTS games. I am still confued. I think my dilemma will be clear in next 6/7 months. Lol.

To me it sounds like you only really need/want a mid-end PC. Something that would cost you about $400-$500, if you lived in the U.S. I don't know how much it would cost you in your country. Their new $555 build ($620 before rebates) will let you play almost every game at High, 1080p 60fps. It comes with an r9 290, and you can overlock the processor and play PS2/GC/Wii/PSP games through an emulator at reasonable speeds/resolutions. But if all you want to do is play old RTS games, then a computer that costs quite a bit less would work well too. 

If you're waiting 6/7 months you'll be able to find something even more powerful for that price.
