the wii u woulndt have directx11 equivalent features, the gamepad would still be not that attractive as the motion controls, the price of the console would be to high if we were to expect a console as powerful as the current wii u, should about 400 to 500 gigaflops, and with gamepad feature, there would be no ddr3 ram but ddr2 since ddr3 wasnt even available back then, the edram would be to costly to produce since we are talking about 32NB not 10MB, the console would consume a lot of power since back then the best option was 90nm not 45nm or 28nm like todays
