Probably L.A. Noire. The faces and the look of the city were simply amazing. MGS4 and God of War III are pretty superb as well.

I once saw a pc running ryse and crysis on 4k and had a chance to play it so they both look superb.

Ever since we hit PS3/X360 I think graphics have really reached their peak in term of "wow" factors. Don't get me wrong PS4/XOne and PC graphics have been improving tremendously lately but we've already reached realisitic feats that you can't help but feel sort of indifferent to stuff like the Order 1886 despite it being a technical marvel to look at.

For that reason, I'd have to give it to Nintendo's Mario Kart 8/Mario 3D World for Wii U. The sheer amount of vibrant color and pixar-like feel makes me so giddy.
