I'm certain they won't, hype-building / maintaining requires new and fresh footage. I can see them revealing new great areas and elements of the game next E3. Right now, it makes sense to focus on the demo area.

Promising signs indeed. If it can surpass the story of XIII, I think Square Enix can get back on track in terms of the Final Fantasy games. Either way, looking forward to this!

That Behemoth battle looks like it'll be exciting, seems that there'll be hunts kinda like the ones in FFXII

I hope this is a Midgar(world drastic changes once you leave initial area) situation in this game. It does not feel "Fantasy" enough when I see a gas station. I thought it was supposed to be similar to 4 and 5, I wonder in what ways.

If XV still "high fantasy" or are they making it more grounded? It could be a great game either way, but if it is not fantasy in the traditional sense I need to prepare myself now so I am not disappointed.
