So im a big sony fan, but a few years ago I bought a 360 in order to play their exclusives. I am now digging my hands into the 360, but I find the exclusive catalog to be extremely bare. 

My 360 to play list only consists of Gears 1,2,3,4, Alan Wake and Lost Odyssey. 

Halo can be skipped because of the MCC collection (I guess I can try Reach, ODST, and Wars though), I re-watched the Fable reviews -- game looks ok, but not good enough, I am not big on racing games to play Forza. So basically I bought a 360 just to play 6 exclusives. Am I missing some good exclusives here? It also brings me to another point... Why were fans so heavily tilted towards 360 last generation? They had no games to cheer for. I can easily list 20 must-play games on the ps3 compared to the bare list above. 

I would suggest not taking underhanded shots about the 360 here (seems like you made this thread just to diss on the console).  If you are indeed just getting into the system then you probably should've done the research about the console prior.  With that being said, I think it was the console of choice due to launching a year ahead of the competition, it's robust online network which was relatively new for the time and the success of the Halo franchise.

I REALLY got into Gears of War 1-3. Play through the stories, check out the multiplayer (all 3 games still have active communities. I would play #1 or #3 online, #1 is my personal favorite).

Alan Wake would be the next title I'd recommend lol. Other than that if you don't like Halo or Forza there isn't much to choose from imo :P You could buy some 3rd party games that you didn't try on PS3?

Why would you buy a 360 if you don't have any interest in its games?

Try Crackdown, Blue Dragon, Tales of Vesperia, Splinter Cell Conviction (little on the short side, but its a lot of fun), Witcher 2, and BK N&B if your a creative person.

The PS3 did have more exclusives, but I have more games for my 360 cause it was the console for multiplats and it had better online.
