Xenoblade Wii sold about a million, despite being gamestop exclusive and hard to get.

Xenoblade X will easily sell 2-3 million lifetime.

I'm hoping it can manage a million. The original would have were it not for being GameStop-exclusive and so hard to find shortly after launch (not to mention a 2-year localization delay from the Japan release, and nearly a year delay from Europe's release). The only reason this one wouldn't reach at least a million would be because the Wii U install base just isn't large enough for a JRPG to do so. But hopefully the Western design elements will get a lot of notice and purchase support from Europe, and North America especially, because I don't think the game is going to do very well in Japan.
