the game is just mehh, its  basicly bf4 but without some parts that make bf unique.

no tanks, no anti helicopterclass, still no anticamper mechanic, the beta maps were meh, the setting feels so fake, and the destruction is a joke.

and a loong open beta realy close to relase.  

everythink screams flop.  (it will still sale millions, but it will hurt the brand alot and sell alot worse than bf4)

The thing I see for BF is that BF4 sold well, but was pretty broken. BF Hardline is probably based on the same engine and, for the most part fixed everything (that's how BF4 should have launched) but everyone will ignore the better version because they were burned once (and because it's EA).

It'll sell -okay- based on the brand alone, but I think it will be a low point for the series. It looks so bland and unpolished

Completely agree. It will sell poorly (for a BF game), and it basically looks like a stripped down reskin of BF4. And some bad will from BF4's botched release will surely carry over.
I will never play this game, that's how much it appeals to me.

it IS bf4 with cop skins and without tanks, it could be a 20$ dlc.  if they have big launch problems, they have a real managment problem.

i cant imagine what went wrong why they had to delay it.

(and i have seen bigger bf mods than this new game)

i think it will hurt the bf brand, but print money, it is a cheap as reskin with a huge brand behind it, thats a way to print money for some time, but catastrophie after.

The Beta might be a earlier build, and the only reason we have the Beta, is because that way they can create a stabile online infastructure, and the final release might actually be something different. It can also be on low settings while they are creating and improving on the online infrastructure.

Wait with the criticism until after the final release, everything else upon that point is more or less 50-50. 

I agree  with you, this is basically a re-skin. But I'm sure they had to repair the old game before they re-skinned it. That's something, I guess...?
It will be critisized, but everyone will agree that's atleast better than 4, so the backlash won't be as huge.

bf4 runs after a year of patches, its still not a good game but a okay game.  hardline cant be better because of the setting, they had to cut to much out for the setting.

and yes its a beta, but its not an early build, its the final build with some things toned down. its a adbeta.
