Well, to be honest, it's not *that* realistic.

People said the same thing about Uncharted 2 and The Last Of Us. See what happened.

I'm not saying The Order will be as big, but saying a game will lose all interest because people can beat it in a day or two is a little silly, because that's pretty much what can be done with these games.

Also, a game doesn't need to be very different from the others to be good/great. It has been proven countless times in gaming history.

And that is based on? All the things I have read from people actually playing it have been very positive. Also the review embargo lift over 48 hours prior to launch is a major good sign. To me that means Sony believes the reviews will only help with sales.

Does it? I read only that a press preview embargo lifts 48 hours prior to launch. Which is not the same as a review embargo.

Thats where you are wrong tho. People will talk about it long after release, if for nothing more than the graphical benchmark in which to compare others to. Those treads crop up all the time and have many posts. Its also a spark for many console war battles so yeah it will get talked about.... alot.

The Order 1886 has one of the most unique and interesting settings I have ever seen. The graphics are incredible, now we are just waiting to find out how good the gameplay.


oh yeah, i forgot about the graphics. i love watching games with great graphics.

im sure there will be games that will outshine it graphically sooner rather than later. i bet uncharted will blow it out of the water and hold that title for a long while. so sadly, i dont see the order even being part of the greatest graphics discussion either.

Uncharted isnt due out u til Nov at the earliest.  That 9 months worth of discussion a far cry from the 2 days you were preaching originally.

graphics are only one aspect of a game. and yes, i am now acknowledging that this aspect may be talked about for a little bit, but when i originally posted, i was talking about the game as a whole. and really, people were saying the same thing about infamous, and nobody has really talked about infamous's graphics or anything about it at all really. its whatever though, im just trying to speak how i see it happening. could be wrong.

No-one talked about infamous graphics? youre joking right?

The only game that was more talked about for graphics last year was watch dogs and that was mostly because people were mad about the big downgrade.

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime. 

The NX will be a 900p machine
