Can zelda MM 3D version sell more than ALBW?

According vgchartz, ALBW have sold 2.4M.

MM is being very hyped, and it is skyrocketing on pre-order chartz.

So, what do you think?

Roughly the same I'd say.

MM3D will sell better. Traditionally, 3D Zelda games sell more than the 2D entries.

I'd say MM just because of hype and fans of the original will flock to it. They shouldn't have both MM and Monster Hunter release the same day though as they will eat some of each other sales. I'd pushed one of them back a month.

I think Majora's Mask will have a stronger opening, but weaker legs. LBW will outsell it in the long run.

I'd say Majora's Mask. I expect a huge opening week and then consistent sales for rest of the year. (its bundled right?)

MM3D easily. The game is already tracking better on pre-orders than OoT3D's FW in the US. ALBW was the game nobody wanted, except loyal and oldschool fans.

It's still a far better game than OoT ever will be. Gamers are so predictable, the first in a series is always the best. In reality, they're almost always the worst.

The NES Zeldas are the worst 2D Zeldas and the N64 Zeldas are the worst 3D ones as far as I'm concerned.

Majora's Mask 3D, much more hyped and a bigger install base. ALBW was very good, but more people wanted a MM remake than a sequel to ALTTP. Also 3D Zelda games always sell better.

I think about the same, but A Link Between Worlds just a bit more. I'd put MM3D at between 2.5m and 3m, A Link Between Worlds should end at 3m, and it's a bit undertracked here.

We'll see in march when Nintendo updates their million sellers list. OoT3D wins, could get near 4m. MM will probably have the biggest opening though, due to install-base, but won't have the legs because it doesn't have the legacy of OoT.
