Forums - Nintendo - How likely is Zelda U the last big Nintendo title for Wii U?

I think there will be at least 2 more pegged for 2016. A Retro designed Metroid and a casual focused title, most likely Animal crossing will hit.

What does it mean to be AAA?

It's to protect our family, be it the publisher or the entire industry... we would make anyone our enemy!

i have to risk my life? Screw that, I just want to play video games. I'm sticking with AA thank you very much.

Nintendo probably has games that have been in the pipe way before Mario Kart and Zelda came to be developed. They aren't a company that sits on their asses. Iwata seems confident that their un-announced games will surprise us. There's gonna be many more "big games" for Wii U. There has to be if Nintendo doesn't want to abandon it.

Suddenly, a wild Animal Crossing appears.

Maybe. They are investing a lot in Zelda U and won't likely sell as well as they expected initially with the launch of the console. Sinking more money in this console with big budget projects doesn't looks like the smartest decision, better spare into more minor projects to try to evade big droughts.
