More cinematics? Isn't Metal Gear Solid the game people complain about having to long cutscenes?

I prefered Japanese games but some gamemechanics in them tired me. Grinding in Jrpgs for example

I was going to make a thread like this a few days ago but got lazy.

When I was younger, I loved Japanese games the most but after I took a break and came back around 2010-2011ish I was super into western games. Recently I've developed an affinity for Japanese games again and I feel like they have the most heart put into them, usually.

There's an expection to every rule (Like Blizzard developed games).

I never buy anime style games I cannot stand their art style at all.

Western games, but the good kind. Not the lemme empty your wallet with our "new" recycled CoD or a Ubisoft bugs simulator kind of western games.

I definitely prefer Japanese games. I like and enjoy Crash, Twisted Metal, Mortal Kombat.. Heck even Def Jam and the WWE games. But my childhood memories are much more likely to have Japanese games in the happy times haha. Megaman, Mario, Sonic, Pokemon, Yu Gi Oh, Street Fighter, Contra... I grew up playing those games, and nowadays I usually play Japanese developed games, and most of the games I play are JRPGS.

So for me, Japanese all the way.

Well because of your signature pic... I am assuming you like Zelda. It is made by Japanese Devs, and their style is not animed. Other examples are Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania, Devil May Cry, Super Mario, Metroid (To a certain degree), and Resident Evil (ALL MADE BY JAPANESE DEVS).

western,easily. I like japanese games also, but western style games are far better on average.
