No. Just no. It is not even close to be the same thing... It is like asking Microsoft to do not bundle Skype with Windows (or to force them to bundle it with some other voice/audio com software).
Looks like Sony has almost the monopoly on console in Europe, so would you think Sony needs to install Microsoft Marketplace and Steam on it? This is a ridiculous concepts :)
I also agree with Kowen on that, Europe is real joke for that matter. Forcing Microsoft to pre-install Chrome and Firefox is just ridiculous... (Esp. Chrome actually where Google is one of the company showing the most mal-practice in term of monopoly). 15 years ago, I could understand but today? really? I can see a lot of those who voted for that being US-haters or wanted to show "those evil American$" how to behave in their wonderful liberal Europe. (I'm French by the way and moved to Canada 15 years ago for a good reason...) For entreprenariat, Europe is the worse place with all those stupid laws (at least France was and is still unfortunatly...).
