I say we offer the mods another user as sacrifice. That way, Tbone gets a whole new chance. Of course, the sacrifice would need to meet the same requirements as a body guard.

All you did was draw attention to him. You don't hold up and wave a big red flag. You message him and tell him to edit his post into something acceptable before it passes someone off and gets him banned.
