MGS2: When Otocon, Snake and Raiden are walking side by side on their way to stop Arsenal Gear and the MGS theme is playing. That made hair on the back of my neck stick out.

I usually find myself fully immersed into nice atmospheric FPS's which leads to most of them scaring the crap out of me. That's probably why I love them so much, I'm a pansy when it comes to games (films never seem to affect me), but I love getting scared. I'm bound to love any game that sets up a great atmosphere, like Exmortis the online flash game xD
Playing SMG did give me just pure happiness, it just felt great, me and my bro were in awe.
A great moment of OoT *Spoiler* was when the Sages all came together to Banish Ganon to the Evil Realm. That little cinematic is just awesome.

Tomb Raider 1 when I would solve a level that took me awhile or when it would show a sweeping view of a huge open level before you started in it.
This video still gives me shivers every time I see or hear it. It was the one good thing to come from the PS version of FFVI.
And then of course there's the solitary island scene from FFVI. I still want to cry every time I see this scene.
Opening Scene to the first Silent Hill... Thinking the game had started...but actually hadn't.
FFVII When fighting Ruby Weapon for the first time, and the overwhelming feeling trying to beat it.
Could think of loads more but the list will get too long.
Oh!. Suikoden 2. At the end when you say a specific type of dialouge to Jowy to forget the past and still remain friends... Well if you played the game and finished it - you would know what I mean! (And trying to save your sister in the game too - who used to be lazy when doing combo attacks...)
And I can't forget Star Ocean Till The End Of Time at the start of the game when you help the two children on the planet you're stranded on and fix the music box their dead parents gave to them. At the end of the game the classic mortality question of 'do we really exist'.
There are plenty more moments that stand out that I can remember, but really it's the impact on the individual who plays the game.
Good to see this site is still going
Some games that made me feel sad and cry are Final Fantasy IX and Final Fantasy X.
Final Fantasy IX was very emotional since part of it talks about life and death. I grow to love Vivi throughout the game and admire his courage about dying. The ending made me cry.
*Spoilers*
Final Fantasy X's ending was very sad. It almost brings tears to my eyes everytime I see Yuna whistling at the sea.
That final fantasy 6 video brings back so many memories of that game. That was one, the other game that really got me was chrono trigger. Those two games were just so good at creating characters that you just liked.
(scared) can i say uncharted..... with those creepy crawly things and not be flaimed?
Oop forgot some, these made me just love the story of the game I was currently playing.
Firstly this cutscene is achieved through conversation and influence with a character. It's great that you get this by asking about them.
Secondly this is just fantastic voice acting and a great script. Although the first time I saw this I was gutted at where this character had ended up..

@ twesterm... I can understand you. The first video made me shiver as well, and the music in video 2 is just brilliant.
I drink your milkshake.
