I wasn't a fan of any when I had the Super Nintendo. However, I started to lean towards PlayStation when my cousin brought in his PS1 and when I got it as a gift. After I got the PS2, I saw myself as a PlayStation fan because I liked what they offered. And since then, I never looked back. As for Nintendo, it hasn't been the same since the 90's.

If i had to choose from the 3, it would be Nintendo.

Well I have the longest history with Playstation so I chose that for the poll, but last gen 360 became my main console. I like Xbox and Playstation.

I've bought 9 Sony consoles in my life. PS1, PS1 Slim, PS2, PS3 Fat, PS3 slim 120gb, PS3 slim 250gb, PS4, PSP 1k, PSP 2k....whereas I've only purchased 2 Microsoft consoles including the old style 360, and the slim 250gb one.

Nintendo for life, but I do like to play Xbox titles at my friend's house. Halo is pretty fun.

He's reverse, too. He's a core Xbox fan, but always want to play Smash, Mario Kart, or even Wii Party when he comes over. Ying-yang if you will.

Playstation because my first console was the PS1 and I haven't ever felt the need to switch since then.

Nintendo cause I love their games and how each console is different from the last which makes them unpredictable for better or for worse

While there has been many times in the past where I have strayed from Nintendo, each time I come back I find myself amazed by how much fun their games really are. It's a hard feeling to describe but even in their old franchises they are always willing to push the bar and try something new. Most recently after years of playing 360 almost exclusively , I bit the bullet and bought a Wii U  and it has brought a joy in my gameplay experience that I haven't felt in a long time! Typing that out felt super nerdy and touchy feely, but it's true! It's been a real pleasure.

I'll also parrot others and say that I really appreciate the other companies. But for me... out of the 3 - I would be most upset if I lived in a world without the Big N.

A bit complex in my case. I grew up as a PS gamer. I've loved Sony my whole life and only recently have I really made Nintendo my primary gaming experience. Even still, I consider Playstation to be a console I love, I just don't give it quite as much attention, I guess.

The only one I've never felt anything for is Xbox. I mean, I've played it plenty of times but I never felt like it was too particularly different from what I already had. There are some games like SO, Scalebound and Quantum Break that have my interest but I'd consider a PS4 long before XB1 regardless.
