Nothing good comes from fan fiction. . . well if you don't include Grendel, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, the Aeneid, the Divine Comedy, Paradise Lost, a lot of epic poetry was technically fan fiction now that I think about it.

I'm hoping that the story and underlying plot that should hopefully be the big "thing" are enough to push this story, I have plans, huge plans but... I also lack inspiration. I did chapter 8 in a single day (6500 words) because I lacked inspiriation for the past 2 days. I want to get chapter 9 out by friday but the planning is litterally only at one detail which can be an entire chapter but I'd like it to have some more substance.

Chapter 8: 6568 words (when my plot points except for the battle was finished by slightly over 2000 words I thought this would have been short but lord I was wrong. That battle was long and fun to write up.)
