I don't think people should get too hyped up. Nintendo need to get New 3DS information out in the West, so there'll likely be a lot of stuff core consumers already know: features, improved CPU, super stable 3D etc will get explained. Add to that launch details, pricing, plus the usual dates/trailers for certain releases, and it makes sense there's a longer running time.
I predict a full 10 minutes will be Iwata and Reggie playing around while dressed as Samus and Fox. Reggie will be Samus, by the way.
And, yeah, I mean the skin-tight jumpsuit version.
And so it begins!
