Yeah, Pro Evo is the best soccer game ever, by far. But really, there is no difference if the PS3 version looks better or plays a bit better. People buys console just for Pro Evo, and they will likely buy the cheapest one, that will be 360. That is, until a Wii version is released :)

Yes... Pro evo Wii is coming this year... In Japan *Sigh...* And hopefully in EU too cause this is football nation!

Luckily enough for the "insider" qualitative evaluations are highly subjective and open to interpretation. Personally I haven't seen a game on the PS3 or XBox 360 which I would say looks "three times better" than a PS2 or Dreamcast game, yet other people would say that recent PS2 games look "three times better" than early PS2 games.

Yeah. Three times better is a large stretch. The only noticable difference is in the lighting of the games. That is the only thing that makes one look more detailed than another.

They are saying that the overall game will be 3 times better, not the actual graphics. Anyway, most people will get a PS3 to play PES 7 as the game is so much better on the d-pad of the PS controllers, as many people will know. In Europe Pro Evo and FIFA sell really well and this could make a difference to the PS3's fortunes in Europe if it is noticably bettter

Well I also expect Pro Evo and Fifa to sell huge numbers in Europe, but that won't have an impact in sales of a specific console I think. The People that buy a console to play a football game don't care about the specialities of each console, They either buy just what is in their favour or they buy it because of the gaming library beside those football games.

I expect those games to boost sales of each console equaly.
