The Legend of Smelda: Macarena of Time. It's a 2D satirical version of Ocarina of time, with sprites made on MS Paint. Just because it was funny to go back in time using the Macarena instead!
But there are strong contenders: Street Chaves, Super Madruga World and other games based on El Chavo del 8.
