I just don't see them porting over games that they can't justify making people spend more than $2-$3 on. NES games are $5 and are more powerful and in color. If you want to play Gameboy games on Wii, just mod your system and get an emulator. Most of what you'll play won't be worth the effort to travel past the opening screen.

When I said gb I meant gbc.

Better quality games, but I still say just mod your Wii and play on an emulator. There's really no difference.

I could always play them on my pc or modded ds ,but was just wondering why ninteno didn't add them.

That is because I'm using an on screen keyboard for the last 4 days until my knew one arrives. I would make my posts less superficial ,but it would take me 30 mins per post. Look at my earlier posts and ou would see them more detailed.

C'mon, chill out everyone. No need to get nasty :(

...

There has been talk of GB/GBC games arriving on the DS - and potentially on the Wii.

Give it time - GBA games on the DS (digital distribution) would be the real killer app.

The reason I don't think they'll add them to the Wii is because they're portable games, meant for handhelds. If Nintendo can find a way to get them on the DS through DLC, that'll be a smart move. Buying old portable games for your home console just won't fit for many people, but that's just my opinion.

I guess but it would still be cool.
