So, next year is looking great for the Wii U. Lots of good stuff coming up. I was just wondering what sort of bundle you all would want? I would hope a Zelda bundle would include a Gold color Wii U... Maybe a Starfox bundle? Animal Crossing Wii U with all those little critters painted on the Gamepad? Original NES themed Wii U with Mario Maker? Thanks!

Next year is 30th anniversary of the NES in North America and Europe.
Nintendo's probably got something up their sleeve to celebrate the occasion.

I really think they will have Animal Crossing next year. It will be based off of New Leaf, as the Wii version was based off of the DS version. I think two years is plenty of time to have it done (2013-2015).

I didn't think about the 30th anniversary... Yeah, that might lead to a NES themed Wii U for sure.

I'm glad I'm finally getting the two games I bought my console for a year ago (Star Fox and Zelda), and Splatoon and Xenoblade Chronicles X will also be amazing. Even Mario Maker's starting to look very good, I had little expectations for that. It'll be better than the 3DS 2013. |
I don't see a Zelda bundle happening. I see something else like MK8 being bundled again. Zelda will be like smash when it comes to not being bundled.

If you can't tell by now i'm hoping for some special Wii U bundles to celebrate nintendo all around. NeS Style limited edition with mario maker = 1 week above ps4 (if no games release/no bundles release)

To be fair, Nintendo has done all that really well with the 3DS...
They just haven't been able to scale demand / production up enough to do that yet with WiiU
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
